레벨코리안 LevelKorean (이하 “서비스”)

먼저 알려드립니다. 이 서비스는 학생의 이메일·전화번호·생년월일·주소·외국인등록번호를 받지 않습니다. 학생은 회원가입 없이 이름과 참여 코드만으로 들어옵니다. 다만 학습 과정에서 말하기 녹음과 손글씨 사진을 저장하며, 채점을 위해 일부가 해외 사업자에게 전달됩니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 4항과 6항에 있습니다.
최성우(미디어정글)(이하 “운영자”)은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속히 처리하기 위하여 이 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
이 서비스는 한국어 수업을 돕는 학습·기록 도구이며, 이용자는 학생과 강사로 나뉩니다. 두 이용자가 제공하는 정보가 다르므로 아래에서 나누어 설명합니다.

사진에 얼굴이나 이름 등 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보가 담기지 않도록 과제 내용만 촬영해 주세요.

수집한 정보를 광고나 마케팅에 사용하지 않으며, 판매하지 않습니다.
목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 항목별 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.

기간이 지나기 전이라도 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
강사가 반을 정리해도 기록은 지워지지 않습니다. 학기가 끝난 반은 목록에서 내려가지만(보관), 그 안의 학습 기록은 위 기간 동안 그대로 남습니다. 학교가 나중에 자료를 요구할 수 있기 때문입니다. 기록을 지우기를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.
학생의 학습 기록은 본인이 참여한 반의 담당 강사에게만 보입니다. 이는 제3자 제공이 아니라 서비스의 본래 기능이며, 다른 반의 강사나 다른 학생은 볼 수 없도록 데이터베이스 차원에서 차단되어 있습니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 사업자에게 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.

국외 이전 안내
채점과 분석을 위해 아래 정보가 미국에 있는 OpenAI, L.L.C.로 전송됩니다.
전송되는 정보에 이름은 포함되지 않습니다. 다만 말하기 녹음에는 목소리가, 작문에는 학생이 직접 쓴 내용이 담기므로 위 사실을 분명히 알려드립니다. 국외 이전에 동의하지 않는 학생은 녹음·작문 과제를 제출하지 않아도 되며, 강사에게 대체 과제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
아래 연락처로 요청하시면 10일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 알려드립니다. 학생은 담당 강사를 통해 요청하셔도 됩니다.
요청 시 알려주실 것 — 사용하신 표시 이름, 참여한 반 이름 또는 참여 코드, 요청 내용. 학생 계정은 이메일 없이 만들어지기 때문에 본인 확인을 위해 이 정보가 필요합니다.
이 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
참여 코드와 학생 번호는 반에 들어오기 위한 수단이며 본인 인증 수단이 아닙니다. 엄격한 본인 확인이 필요한 평가에는 별도 절차를 함께 쓰시기 바랍니다.

In short. We do not collect your email address, phone number, date of birth, home address, or residence registration number. You join a class with a display name and a class code — no account needed. However, the Service does store voice recordings and photos of handwritten work, and some of this is sent to a provider outside Korea for grading. See sections 4 and 6.
Choi Seong-woo (최성우), Media Jungle (the “Operator”) publishes this Privacy Policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. Users are either students or teachers, and they provide different information, so each is described separately below.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it.

If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so without delay.
Records are not deleted when a teacher tidies up a class. A finished class is moved out of the teacher list (archived), but the study records inside it remain for the periods above, because the school may need them later. If you want your records deleted, contact us using the address below.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where law enforcement makes a lawful request under Korean law.
Your study records are visible only to the teacher of the class you joined. This is how the Service is meant to work, not third-party sharing. Teachers of other classes and other students cannot see your records — this is enforced by the database itself.

Transfer outside Korea
To grade and analyse your work, the following is sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. in the United States.
Your name is not included in what is sent. Even so, recordings carry your voice and your writing carries what you wrote, so we state this plainly. If you would rather not have this sent abroad, you may skip speaking and writing assignments and ask your teacher for an alternative task.
You may at any time ask us to let you see your information, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 10 days. Students may also make requests through their teacher.
Please include the display name you used, the class name or class code, and what you are asking for. Student accounts are created without an email address, so we need these details to confirm the request is yours.
This Service is not intended for children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it without delay.
Class codes and student numbers are a way into a class, not proof of identity. Use a separate procedure for assessments that require verified identity.

We announce changes in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days in advance for changes that materially affect your rights.
This policy takes effect on 25 August 2026. The Korean text governs in case of any discrepancy between the two languages.
